This Privacy Notice for Meng Hao Hsu ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application DineDice, or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect the following information:
Geolocation Information. We request access to track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based restaurant recommendations. You may disable this in your device settings.
Log and Usage Data. Our servers automatically collect IP address, device information, and usage data when you access our Services.
Device Data. We collect device information such as device model, operating system, and mobile carrier.
Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your location is passed to Google Places API to find nearby restaurants and is cached on your device for up to 2 hours.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to provide our restaurant recommendation service, to respond to user inquiries, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may share information in the following situations:
Google Maps Platform APIs. We share your location with Google Places API to retrieve nearby restaurant information. Google receives location data when you initiate a restaurant search.
Google AdMob. We use AdMob by Google to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Business Transfers. We may share information in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of our business.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. We also permit third parties (Google AdMob) to use tracking technologies for advertising purposes. Specific information is set out in our Cookie Notice.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We do not persistently store your personal information on our servers. Location data is only used transiently to query the Google Places API. Device-side cache is stored for up to 2 hours and then deleted automatically.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We use HTTPS for all communications between the app and our servers. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at rolefordinner@gmail.com.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
